CERTIFICATE IN THEOLOGY (CTh)

Duration: 1 year

The Certificate in Theology (C.Th.) Course is a one-year residential program in Hindi medium. This program has been designed to train students at the grass root level of Christian ministry particularly in planting churches.

The candidate applying for this program should have a personal Christian experience and a desire to undergo discipline and learning and should be able to read, write, understand, and comprehend in Hindi. Any candidate applying for this program should be recommended by the local pastor or a responsible Christian minister.

• Introduction to Major Religions
• Principles and Practice of Preaching
• The Life and Ministry of Jesus Christ
• Worship and spiritual Gifts
• Life and work of a Christian Minister
• Mission and Evangelism
• Book of Acts
• Christian Martyrs and Great Missionaries to India – Their Biographies
• Daniel and Revelation
• Principles of Church Planting and Church Growth

Besides these subjects, Christian ministers who have planted churches in north India, will teach several practical courses.
